Being raised a JW, scary movies were a big no-no. So of course I try to watch every single one that comes out now. This one was awesome! It started out kinda lame and slow. I watch a lot of the ghost hunting type shows that come on television and to start with this seems like it is just going to be a long version of the television shows but it gets much better. I won't tell you anything so as to spoil it but if you get the chance i definitely recomend this one. If you like scary...

Okay, I know there must be some DH fans here. The new season started this week. Susan remarried Mike, as I believe she should have. Lynette pregnant at her age, with twins? Damn. Brie hooking up with her ex, now thats funny. Gabby is acting like a mom to Carlos' neice, wow, I'm proud of her. I knew that new kid that moved in was trouble, holy crap! Can't wait till the next show!

If this topic was already written about I apologize. Has anyone seen the new book out called Im Perfect, You're Doomed? Its written by Kyria Abrahams. I found it in my Quality Paperback book club preview. It looks very funny. Its her memoir of growing up as a Witness and the struggles as she grew up. I ordered it and wondered if anyone else has seen it?

What are your most cherished songs, that you have a special place in your heart for and revisit often? I think it is very difficuilt to label a single song as 'most favourite', but I can definately make a list of say, my 50 most loved songs. This live version of Summer Night City is definately near the top of that list..

I saw this last night.

Very touching movie. You might want to bring a few tissues... I cried most of the way through. It's pretty emotionally intense, and leaves you thinking about some deep things when you walk out.

That being said, I'm pretty sure that had I read the book I would have been enraged that they changed the ending. I really liked the ending, and I thought it really suited the plot of the film, but I have not read the book, so I cannot really say...

I was wondering if there are any horror fans here, I have always been one but I have never watched certain spiritual based ones until now. I saw The Exorcism of Emily Rose about a week or two ago and I saw the Amityville Horror remake days ago. Both great movies, and no I am not being attacked be demons.
