Thought it was interesting to learn the 15-year-old girl who murdered her 9-year-old neighbor and siblings' playmate was raised by a grandma who is a member of the Morman religion. The girls' dad is in jail. That's all I know, but thought the cult connection interesting.

Todays British Daily Mail reports that one of the Countrys most evil rapists may have been caught. This man may have connections to the Jehovahs witnesses. Seemingly his wife is a witness and there are suggestions that he may also be. At present its speculation.

where we used to go for the District Conventions, as Jack Murphy Stadium (now called Qualcomm Stadium), but it used to get very hot there sitting in the sun. Here is a link to the convention. As you will see, people had these huge tarps to give them cover from the sun. One time, our congregation was given the assignment of watching the donation containers (this was at Dodger Stadium, btw), and we had great seats on the first tier and in the shade.

Here is a link to the St. Pete times about the owner of Lazy Days RV near Tampa. I have toured this place and it is amazing. One of the largest in the country. They have every kind of RV and vehicle to haul with you can imagine. They use little golf carts to tour you around the grounds. He is building a 40,000 sq. foot home on 200 acres. He has family members that are under arrest for extortion, but no mention if they are JWs.
