I have naturally curly hair but sometimes I wear it straight. I had it done the other week for a 50th birthday party. Some people didn't recognise me
because I looked so different. Here are pictures of me with both straight and curly hair.
What do you think?

Don't forget on the straight I was on a night out so was dressed up more plus I had just been to a very expensive hair salon to get it done.

I like the straight also, tho I agree that you're lovely either way. The straight just seems more 'you', for some reason.

I love Both Jackie!!!!
the straight look for when you want to be a bit more sophisticated.... and the curly look for when you feel a bit 'bohemian' you are so lucky - cos naturally curly hair can be straightened - unlike straight hair that takes ages either way

I think your right Sam I actually feel a little more sophisticated with straight hair.
I guess out out come the straighteners then 
I'm a little worried though about using hair straighteners all the time though as I think it might ruin my hair  and I don't want that to happen do I ? I do used conditioner and a hair
protector all the time though.

Wow you can do both!!! ANd yes you look good either way...but I'm more of a straight fan...maybe it's cause I've always secrectly envied you
naturally curly girls....
I curl my hair and 10 minutes later it's not curly.... That was bad in the late 80's early 90's when curly hair and spiral perms were all the rage... I had a man in the mall try and sell me a straightener!! ANd he was such a good salesman I thought about it until he said the price. $250 He claimed the heating element was made of a material that actually made your hair healthier....microwave technology or something. Anway when he used it on my hair my hair DID feel softer and more moisturized! But it was um still straight...lol |

Either one looks great. Straight is more sophisticated but both are great. If you dressed up in the curly picture I bet you would look as elegant as the
straight.

I would have said VERY early 40's honey ... definitely not 50! Although having said (typed!) that ... I've got four years to go and I'll be 50 ...

I think they both suit you VERY nicely. If i had to choose i would go with straight, for these eyes it brings out more of your nice facial features. .....(but dont listen to me...Im the guy that would tell you to keep growing it a little longer and then say Ok, now, put it in a ponytail ! ....lol)
