For those who still believe scripture to be an authentic and divine communication ...these are very sound arguments indeed amber and they often form the bedrock of a brand new form of biblical understanding.

Obviously, there are posters here who no longer cleave to scripture in any significant sense whatsoever...but I'm sure even those ones will be more than well aware of the manner in which the Society has 'tweaked' certain biblical dymanics to suit their own ends, and how this has granted them a dictatorial 'inroad' into the minds and hearts of those who do still place a high value on the bible.

Personally, I think that these within the construct arguments are quite healthy, and that those who no longer value the bible should not be in too much of a hurry to rubbish the ever-evolving thoughts of those who still do.

Especially so when the subject of mediatorship is being addressed.

Any thought process which focuses on cutting the middle-men out of ones personal meditations is a healthy thought process IMHO.

Even if that thought process is still being tentatively navigated against the backdrop of an existing scriptural framework.

For those who have long been accustomed to the notion of god-ordained-middle-men acting on their behalf, it can be very affirming to be finally rid of this notion, and it can eventually open up into quite a breathtaking new world-view, the likes of which one could never have imagined whilst one was umbilically attached to the transient moods and whims of an extremely duplicitous American publishing company.
