My sister is in a similar situation. She gets stressed about going to meetings and out in field service. She has not attended a meeting in I don't know how long. But she is so sure that this religion is the only right one out there. She is going to be moving soon and is hoping that the new congregation is less stressful than the one she is in.

I don't think a religion should be a means of stress on a person. People seak out religion as a means to explain their existence. That is the reason religions were started to begin with. People needed a reason for living, an explaination for being here. I personally do not need a religion, and after trying several different paths have decided to be happy to just exist. But for people that do need a religion, I believe that religion should be a happy, spiritual experience, not a means of stress and headache. I hope you find a path that works for you, and realize that the stress is so not worth it. There are many spiritual paths out there. And none are 'right' or 'wrong'. It is all about what is right for you.
