I used to say "sorry" all the time. And I do mean ALL the time, like every other word was sorry. Hubby pointed it out to me shortly after we got together. He started asking "why?" every time I'd say sorry. Made our conversations kind of odd for a while, but it broke me of the habit! image

Now days I only say sorry when I actually need to apologize, not just for existing and being me. I no longer feel the need to apologize for that! I think that's the difference between humility and low self-esteem.

There is definitely no need for you to be sorry for being you, Tracy. The you that you are is wonderful and beautiful.
