Alex, surprisingly I didn't see your mom! How could I have missed her? Must have been the ridiculously crammed corridors...they made me have an immediate need to exit the building and get some fresh air to clear my head from all the crap I was hearing.

Dravis: If I had been paying attention I might have noticed your self righteous arrogant aquaintence. Lucky for me, I was too busy trying to stay warm, and when I was semi listening, I was mocking all the tid bits I could.

I can honestly say that was the weirdest convention ever for me. I have never missed any talks, let alone a whole day, and 2 mornings lol. I didn't really get anything out of it. Probably for the best. What I did get out of it was mostly funny things I picked up from my half attention span.

Also, I don't know what was so exciting about waking up early to get dolled up and sit in a freezing auditorium all day listening. And then yipee lunch! Walk round and round the Saddledome for an hour getting more and more claustrophobic by the minute. And praying you don't run into anyone who will ask too many questions. Or someone boring where you will have to resort to the classic "What section are you sitting in...?" Uh, original.

I would have much rather spent this weekend enjoying the sunshine on Saturday with Elias and Kathryn and the pooches. And sleeping on Sunday when the weather was dreary. Funny enough, the friends I car pooled with pretty much felt the same way. Probably for different reasons, but whatev.

Thanks everyone for making me feel normal for the ups and downs along this journey. They come in waves. Sometimes too close together which makes my head spin, but it gets better each day I think. Or each day I get stronger and feel more comfortable with myself.
