After 4 months the information still wasn't on the computer so in the end I went to head office because I was sick of it.

Well it's a bit of a long story but I've kind of got my money back. But that is after them fobbing me off saying that the car wash is checked every day and that day it was checked. Also they were saying that my wipers were probably not back in the parking position. BULLS**T. They just didn't want to pay out.

I wrote back saying about there incompetent staff in Chester and was disgusted that I haven't had a personal apology from them. I also said that no equipment is 100% safe and that includes your car wash.

The very next day I get a phone call full of apology's saying she has spoken to the manager of Chester and I will be receiving a gift card because of the way I have been treated. So i'm getting £80 back so it's better than nothing. I also got a personal apology from a manager.
