Any surf schools nearby?! Try paddling out in an angry sea and get worked end over end over and over.... then have a good meal and go to bed. You will be feeling brand new and sore as hell in the morning! Also whitewater kayaking, skydiving, skiing, snowboarding. Crew on a race Catamaran! Or go to the gym and get a personal trainer to yell at you and make you focus. Run 5 miles on the track. Do something that is so intense that it focuses your mind on just surviving the day. And do it with Worldly People dammit!
