Jones I would say meet with him. It is best to keep the peace when you are still living at home. Don't tell him anything. Just say I have been busy and unable to go out in service....you should give this territory to someone who spends more time in the ministry.

If he wants to "encourage" you just listen. Say thanks. Don't give him anything to work with ...and the meeting will end quickly. One day you will get to speak your mind....just wait until you have more options. You need to live at home right now and voicing your options may cost you that.
