I accept the following propositions as possible.. Maybe god is real. Evidently God does not exist. This takes No Faith. No Belief.
The reason I have 'No Belief' to begin with is because I see no reason for a God to exist in the first place. If my only conviction to believe in God is what I do not understand, or my fears of the unknown, then it is a totally subjective concept that I cannot put 'belief' into. If there is a God and he wants me to know he exists, he knows where I live. Until that day I do not even know what I would be applying belief to. This is why religion is biased and prejudiced to science. The unknown is where religion hides. Turning our unanswerable questions into unquestionable answers. Belief in God is not prejudice in itself, religion is!
