papillon1960... your comment about the 3 year old saying those things totally touched home. i remember hearing all of that mess from the time i was little. and, although i was deeply into pleasing everyone else and being a good lil jw... i never agreed with stuff like that. i mean, here would be this lil kid arguing with her mom... "but there are so many good ppl in the world who arent and never will be jws. how can a good kind god kill good ppl?" or "mommy, you really shouldn't say tht jehovah is going to destroy them. tht means you and sister so and so are judging and that's for jehovah to do. he likes me cause i dont do that but he's gonna judge you for that, mommy" lol. i was such a rebellious kid!

seriously, if a kid who has been indoctrinated in this bunk can figure that out why on earth can a full grown adult not see it??? then again, i guess i was never really a jw if i felt tht way from the get go. thnk goodness.
