I think the basic policy that women are not allowed any position of responsbility in the congregation.

Women can not be ministerial servants, elders, circuit or district overseers.
They are not allowed to be on the governing body.
They can't run mikes, hand out literature or count the money from the contribution box.
They have to wear a head covering if standing in for a brother's position.
They can't give talks at any of the meetings or conventions.
They can't serve on any committees.

The fact that if a woman does not scream while being raped then it's not considered rape.

All of this plus more stuff I can't think of right now says they're second class
and not equal to the men in the organization.
