The only one I can come up with is something Superpunk alluded to. When my son got baptized, when we got home, he told me that he didn't have to mind me anymore, but that I had to mind him! He had a mischievous twinkle in his eye, so I knew he was kidding, and danged good thing to boot. LOL

But he got that thought from someplace. And yes, since he was baptized, I had to wear a headcovering to pray grace at meals. Well, I think I'd been doing that anyway, since my husband, a MAN was at the table. He didn't expect me to cover my head, but I was taught that I should if a man was present.

Goldenknight, I'm curious. Could a woman wind up being the big poobah of the Bahai religion? Can they teach men and be ministers or pastors, or whatever it is that you have?

The biggest positions in the bahai religon are the universal house of justice, and the hand of the cause, yes woman can be in both, anything that is open the men is open to the women.
