One of my old JW friends said she was having doubts, after all the changes on the blood issue. If your brother and mother have even a seed of doubt about the policy changes, over the years, you might ask them these types of questions:

Why would Jehovah allow so many faithful JW's to suffer and die, during the years when there was a complete ban on any blood products? Yet, all of a sudden, it's okay to take certain parts of blood? If he's constantly imparting new light to the GB, shouldn't that little tidbit have been on the top of his list of "New Light?" How do you think the family members of those who died during the complete ban feel about the fact that they had to sacrifice their relatives, due the the dim light? Are you ever scared that the GB will get New Light that will be even more dangerous? Because they have complete control over your lives, you'll be forced to follow WHATEVER they tell you to do, right? Many people drew the line at allowing a loved one to die, because of the blood abstinence rule. Where would you draw the line?
