The best thing for someone being open to leaving a cult is distance. You've already got that with her, albeit via poor circumstances. In reading Steve Hassan's book Combatting Cult Mind Control, his parents were able to free him from the Moonies after he got in a car accident, which isolated him from them, and they got him to agree to talk to someone presenting an opposing POV. You may find some similar opportunities. Maybe she will notice a lack of love, in that people can't take the time to visit or really care because they are way too busy with theocratic activities. Maybe you can point that out and draw on how that's typical with how much pressure the society puts on them to perform. Her inability to hit those marks will undoubtedly make her even more depressed and low, then you build her up.
