As a former salesman myself, i'll share three of the greatest sales closers.

#1 No means yes

#2 Silence is the highest form of sales pressure and will close a deal. In other words, make your pitch and shut up.

#3 Make the motion to put your pen in their hand.

Number 2 is the hardest to learn, but is the most effective. I sold an intangible product, which is very difficult. Learning #2 was my savior. Good luck to you!
  

Edited to add.... I almost forgot, remember to use the "KISS" method, "Keep it Simple Stupid". Most people  don't want to hear, or can't comprehend, mind boggling details. It confuses them and turns them off.
