If it were me....and it isn't....but if it were.....I'd go (reluctantly I admit), just to show 'good face' to the family but remembering it's not a big slice out of my life. If there's free food then all the better.

Get them understanding not all 'apostates' are as described by the WTB$.

As for the suit..............could you borrow, hire or get one from a charity shop (I think they call it 'Goodwill' in the US)?

I wish to see the Governing Body of Jehovah's witnesses(R) put on trial for crimes against humanity and face absolute justice. Why? Consider the un-Biblical an dangerous 'Blood doctrine', Shunning and the protection of paedophiles and you may see why I feel this way.
