If there is any way you can force yourself to do it.. take a walk.  Take as long a walk as you can manage.  Then do it again tomorrow.  No, this isn't a weight loss thing, it's a mental/emotional thing.  You will feel sooo much better if you can just get out and walk a little.  Trust me.  Walking will produce a chemical reaction that helps with depression.  It will also give you some space, away from your parents, away from the stress, away from work, etc. 

And don't hesitate to post about this sort of thing.. it's what we're here for!  We may not be able to solve your problems, but we can lend you and ear when you need it, or a shoulder to cry on.
