I would like to say too that you should talk a walk. Not only will the fresh air be good for you but being cooped up inside puts you at risk of depleted Vitamin D which has been found effects your mood. Spend some time outdoors and you will find that things don't look so gloomy.

If possible join a club in order make new friends. Being able to do fun things with people who are nonjudgmental is always a good thing. Bare in mind that most all of us have been in your shoes at one time or another. We do understand what you are going through and would love to encourage and help you gain strength to enjoy your life outside of the Borg. Recovery from this mine numbing organization is slow and can be a roller coaster.

Also, you should feel free to post such subjects...that is what this forum is for.
