Wonderful Somebody ... you've been dealing with all kinds of personal and highly emotional issues of late sweetheart. Your body is bound to go into some kind of meltdown. It's your body's way of telling you to slow down and take a breather!

When going through any kind of marriage breakup ... it's quite easy for one or both partners to find their whole lives are topsy-turvy. For me ... I lost seemingly tonnes of weight. When I broke up with a live-in partner ... I not only lost weight but I found it difficult to relax or to keep food down at all. I didn't feel guilty for eating, I felt guilty for not being able to eat.

Stress and anxiety can do such awful things to our bodies regardless of our height (I'm just under 5ft 9in) ... you're in a rut and it's probably feeling like a deep one as you've been dealing with a marriage breakup, and a potential breakup from your religious lifestyle too. You're grieving if that makes sense. At least that's what it seems like.

If you like walking ... go out and get some fresh air. Sometimes that's enough to tickle you back into a feeling of well-being and it may remind you that eating isn't a guilty pleasure, it's a necessity and it can also be fun too.

I'm currently carrying more weight than I should be and keep saying I'm going to get out and walk ....... so times like this happen to us all sweetie. If we lived closer ... I'd bang on your door and drag you out walking with me. Then we'd go to a nice cafe for a cappuccino!
