You did not say if you are baptized. If you are, they can make life difficult. If you are not, then you can fade away gradually, or just come right out and tell them "this religion does not work for me." Obviously, if you are baptized, they can threaten to cut you off, never speak to you again... maybe your parents will not be that harsh, most aren't, but they can and probably will put you through hell. You will be an adult in few days, and no one can tell you what you must believe if you do not want to accept it.

Realize also that whatever pain this brings upon your parents and family, YOU are not responsible for. The pain and emotional fall-out comes from their own beliefs, not yours. They must reconcile how they feel about someone who is an adult who decides to think for themselves.
