I think it would depend on where you did it, i.e. whether or not anyone who was there knew who you were. 

If regular people come to the Memorial who were invited and partake, it typically isn't viewed as a huge deal because "they don't know any better." If anyone here was to go back to their old home congregation and do it however there would be a much stronger reaction because "we know better." People would definitely stare, talk about it, report it to the elders, etc. For those of us who are baptized it could potentially be enough to form a Judicial Committee against us.  
Transubstantiation only occurs in the Catholic Church.

And of course it just so happens that you're Catholic as well.
