So first nonexpert says this:
O sure, I've heard all about how there are grey areas in life.  But take Sugar's signature, for example. Here we have nice and big white letters, Shunned, up against a black background.  The meaning, and all that it connotes, could not be any clearer.
Then you say this:
Not all households are the same.  Some are very strict; others are less so.  For me, it wasn't until I came back years later to the religion that I found it distasteful.
Which one is it? Is it black and white like you insinuated it was when you referenced Sugar's signature? Or is it grey like you insinuated it was by saying "not all households are the same?"

Here's something that's pretty black and white to me: from a random rant about apostates (which, OF COURSE, led back to your beloved Catholicism) to this clear example of lack of coherence in your posts, you have no idea what you're doing here. Or maybe you do, and you're just a religious zealot troll. How anyone could defend a religion that protected child molesters for decades is beyond me. "Christians" don't have any Christian decency anymore.

I wish there was a "like" feature in yuku

Also up or down votes on each comment. I like it on forums when comments that receive a low rating are minimized (not removed, just shrunk down so you don't have to scroll through stupidity).

“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy.' They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”
