Ill add one
more to the list that I was reminded about from another post.  The belittling of
women. Neither jw's nor catholics can have women in any high  position.

dude, this may not be a very good example of what you might mean, but this past Easter (I think it was Easter or some other special mass during that time) I went to the Vatican website and watched the mass live.  During the "Liturgy of the Word", a woman got up and stood before the congregation (equivalent to a male JW getting up on the podium) and read a portion of the bible.

Also, we've all heard other religions, especially the JW religion, complain about how Catholics forbid marriage. However, we know that marriage is one of the seven sacraments of the Church. So what about priests? I opine that priests are called to that position by God. It is just not a simple "come on over right now to the priesthood". Priests go through a process (takes more than a year) to make sure that they have been called. One might ask: What about the marriage part? I opine that it is a time issue...generally speaking, people who are married and have kids don't have the time it takes to serve at the altar and address all other issues involved that a single person is able to address because of not being tied up (time wise) with marriage.
