Yeah I was another who went straight from high school graduation to full time pioneering, supporting myself by office cleaning work.  It's been one of those things that I wish I had been able to experience...now it's a time/money factor where I'd never be able to do full time college coursework.  Possible a class or two per semester, but then it's back to the money issue.  smiley: frown

Fortunately, I've been lucky enough to keep working this whole time without a degree...but it makes it tough when you don't have the degree PLUS you are an introvert.  It tends to make people think you have no ideas/nothing worthwhile to offer...oh well. 
  
That really is a double whammy. It's difficult when you yourself know that you have a lot to offer, but people don't seem to what to give you a chance because they're to shallow or too busy to see what you can give.
