I would imagine that acting against your extrovert disposition will lead to mental illness. If you're forced to be meek and let others rule your life or if you're not allowed to make friends with worldly people or go for promotions at work, it can make you feel stifled and suffocated, feelings which can lead to poor mental health. I imagine that this is what extroverts are like, lol..
