Well obviously there must be lurkers on this website for the GB coming up with counter arguments. I mean back in the day what was the chance of finding Olaf Johnsons book Gentile times reconsidered unless you went to a Christian bookstore?

Now Google the 607bce question and its one of the first amazon.com links to come up!! As with any question you have now, the information is instant. So all I can say is the new GB will have to get more and more crazy to try to keep numbers up. There seem to be a few "pro JW" sites popping up about the UN thing and other issues very professionally made, that obviously try to discount what is said on small community websites like this one and get high on search rankings to counter the internet problem.

I had a friend 25 years old, a former drug addict who now believes he is of the anointed! There must be a lot of them about now, but I think with the material becoming more and more insane and controlling you will find people who really believe in all of the crap becoming mentally unstable. We all know how depression can change the mind, and the meetings are the most depressing thing in history.

I came home from work one day and my family missed the meeting- so were listening to it on Skype. I was eating my dinner bored out of my head thinking "this is the same old shit I listened to 10 years ago!"

Edit:
On the point of GB lurkers, I wonder if a moderator or forum admin can look at the IP addresses visiting the site, and see how many come from Brooklyn or from Mill Hill, England :P
