And treat yourself very, very well. Special treats, as simple as a chocolate bar or something else that you want. Maybe plan something special after each meeting that you attend, as sort of a "reward" to look forward to that takes away the "sting." It probably won't help the discomfort of being there, but it acknowledges self-love, and that you are in control of how you feel, and allows you to focus on the "prize" instead of what you are there for. I hope this helps a little.  If you can leave in August, you only have about 4 more months to go, and thankfully, time moves quicker than we sometimes expect it to.
