I was listening to a podcast discussing research which suggests a direct correlation with increased health and happiness and a mindset comfortable with uncertainty. Ambiguity is quite probably a good thing for mental health.

My conclusion being, one needs to be open to learning and interacting with the constantly shifting world in order to notice the resplendent possibilities it offers. To think narrowly closes the psyche off to potentially happiness increasing scenarios.

I've stopped needing snug fitting answers to everything.
