Even going a step further, how many people in the organization bemoan the government, but benefited from public schooling? How many are benefiting from Medicare? How many millions of letters have JW's sent out via the USPS in their "letter writing" campaigns? How many JW's go on road trips to conventions utilizing the federally built interstates? How many of them are proud to root for their home country when the summer and winter olympics come around? How many JW's have political leanings one way or the other that they discuss among themselves or among their worldly associates? How many JW's work for the government in some capacity, whether it's at local, state or federal level, and enjoy the benefits of it?

When my family and other jdubs bleat about 'worldly people' to me ...... my naughty side comes out (usually it's there anyway smiley: wink ) ..... and I drag out my favourite ... 'oh so worldly people are bad are they?'

Invariably I get the 'yes they are ... ' and then the reasons why.

THEN I fire back with .... 'well if they're SO bad and SO damaging to your precious religious self ...... then why do you have your hair cut by a worldly hairdresser?   Why do you go to a worldly doctor?    Why do you ................' and I carry on until they give me the death stares, heavy sighs and 'you don't understand' smiley: laugh
