I will attempt to get the live chat working here asap....
I also went ahead and made this a 'sticky' topic at the top of the Helping board here for any additional questions and the like.
Chris no doubt will be checking back in to assist us when she can.

In the meantime, I will try to get to any issues as soon as I can and either get it resolved.
If I can't resolve it, then the next step will be to fill out a help ticket with the link Chris gave above. Anyone can fill one out, but I don't mind issuing any if needed---the main thing for me is to get all problems resolved in a timely manner.

I do appreciate in advance everyone's patience. There could be minor issues that will take a bit to get ironed out here....
