This is Basil (the rat). I rescued him (her, actually) when she was abandoned by a departing tenant. 'Abandoned' in this case meaning 'flung off
a 2nd story balcony into a trash heap'.
She's the sweetest thing. I had to give her up for adoption though, I'm not staying in one place long enough these days to care for a pet.

My son would love your Labrador Kathy! He's besotted with puppies of all kinds but since getting his DS Lite Nintendogs game at Christmas ... he's been
especially besotted with Labradors! We don't have pets ... unless you count one black goldfish and four gold goldfish in our pond. Oh and the resident
frogs!

He is a very good little puppy. He actually thinks he is a 200 pound watch dog...lol!

Our two are rescue dogs, and they are now 9 and 10 and getting a bit slower - but I love them to pieces, they are the first rescue dogs I have had, and I am embarrased to say they are far better behaved than others we have had from puppies lol!! Sam |
