Have an appt. to see a new therapist. Not sure what to focus on. Multiple areas are in disarray. Have had difficulty in the past expressing myself completely during sessions. Can't fully let the guard down for some reason. Tried to journal but I'm always nervous about where it is and who might see it. Anyone else had success with directing their therapy at the onset? Am having trouble even stating a specific goal or exact reason why I'm there. Just know that I need help with direction. Having an identity crisis, I guess.
