Born in 64. I'm from a 3rd/4th gen witness family that had isolated itself from all 'worldly people', so breaking out was tough. I was at the doors every Saturday without fail by the age of 4. I could fill out a publisher card and quote the NWT before I could even read properly! I left around 1982., but de-programming my own head came much later-- in the early 90's. It took me a long time to shake off the fears and indoctrination.
Most of my family is still in the Borg. I have brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles and cousins still inside. I don't get many invites. That's just the way it is. They are stuck in there, and I am not.
I married a 'worldly girl' and we had a couple of kids.. We raised them as critical thinkers rather than religion believers. They are grown up now, and are doing just fine without ever having gone to any church.
Of course there are many gory details left out, but that's all I am willing to share. Would I do it all over again? YES!
